Georgette is a freelance researcher specialising in ethnomusicology and anthropology, with a particular interest in Japan. In addition to this she also works as a secondary school music tutor. 

Georgette is primarily a singer, and studies with Yvette Bonner. She also attends the International Summer School of Music at Shrewsbury when possible.
